SOLUTION:

Reduction of 2 FTEs, complete removal of FocusTel, and zero overtime payments = $120K+ in annual cost savings.

MID-ATLANTIC HYDRAULIC MANUFACTURER

Leveraging automation & AI resulted in a 40% deflection rate or 19,500 tickets/year.

Automating AI
